Exchange Policy for SwapOut Hoodies
Our SwapOut Hoodies are crafted specifically for you upon order placement, as we do not commence the cutting and sewing process until your order is confirmed. If, however, you realize that the size you ordered is incorrect, we may facilitate a ONE time exchange for a larger or smaller size, provided the merchandise shows no signs of wear or alterations. Please initiate the exchange process within 5 days from the specified delivery date, as indicated by the tracking information from UPS or USPS.
Please note, that the cost for exchange shipping and reshipping due to incorrect address is not complimentary for domestic orders within the contiguous United States or for international orders. All shipping costs associated with exchange and reshipping requests are the responsibility of the customer..
JERMIKKO DESIGN INC. reserves the right to decline the exchange of goods.
Any requests for size exchanges must be submitted in writing within 5 days of the order date or 5 days from the proof of delivery tracking date. No exchange will be processed without prior written authorization from JERMIKKO DESIGN INC.
For ALL customers, your exchange shipment must include: The unwashed, unworn item(s) with original tags still attached.

- Your completed Exchange Order Form, including our exchange authorization number. The form will be emailed to you by JERMIKKO DESIGN INC.
- Fill out your Exchange Form as completely as possible and email back to expedite your exchange.
- Send an email to info@jermikko.com to request an Exchange authorization form and number.
For Alaska, Hawaii, or international customers:
Your Exchange authorization number will be sent via the email submitted with your account. JERMIKKO DESIGN INC. is not liable for any exchanges that are lost, stolen, or mishandled during transit.
